TODO: more complex penalties such as exceeding speed limits still under construction. OpenRally roadbook is not connected to external infrastructure and is only intended as a training tool. Build OpenRally roadbooks with RallyNavigator software (https://www.rallynavigator.com/index.html). Our roadbook works with format compatible with TerraPirata roadbook app.
